My husband is a disabled vet and this product has truly helped his back so much through out his day. He uses this at least twice a day! I also have a herniated disc and Sciatica, and use this every so often to help with my own pain. Definitely recommend to anyone with chronic pain looking for some relief. Wish I could give this 10 stars!!

I had such horrible lower back pain, triggered by sciatica, that I could barely stand up straight. No pain killers were helping, not even prescription strength. I would be walking and my lower back would catch and cause so much pain. I was willing to try anything. So I went to the internet/amazon to see if there was anything that might offer relief. I came across of a few of these and as I do, I read many reviews. Figured for the price point, what did I have to lose...my back couldn't get much worse. WOW. So glad I got this. I'm not much of a review writer, but when a product delivers in a way that causes me to be amazed, and I can help someone else out, I'm going to write a review. It was a little uncomfortable at first to lay on (level 1), but I read that you have to be patient. So I was. I tried to relax and try the different stretches outlined in the directions they give you. After about 10 minutes, I rolled off and I was amazed. No, I was ECSTATIC. But I still held on to my skepticism. I went about my business picking up and getting stuff ready for the next day around the house, noticing that my back didn't catch once. It didn't hurt. I was still sore around my hip, and that is when I noticed I still had some sciatic pain (which had been there, but my back hurt so bad, it was masked), but I could function. I got up this morning, still no back pain, just a minor sciatic pain ( I have dealt with sciatica for a while ever since my pregnancy, so my pain tolerance for that is pretty high) and spent a few minutes laying on the stretcher again as many people said to keep at it as a stretch. Again, no back pain still. I could pick up my sons no problem! I am so thankful! WORTH EVERY PENNY! As a mom, I don't have time for debilitating back pain. I will do some more stretches from my physical therapy for my sciatic pain, but I am able to do them BECAUSE my back is not causing me to hunch over all the time. If you are on the fence about this, and you have terrible back pain, just try it. What do you have to lose? Back pain? I'm glad I did. I was practically shouting it from the rooftops last night!! I hope this review helps someone else. But like I said, its not a fix all and miracle for everything or immediate cure-all. But the pain it did take away for me, was more than enough for me to at least feel human again. It allowed my back to stretch enough to get the inflammation down to let my back heal. That is the key. So will it fix everything? No probably not, but its a GREAT start and a life saver if it can take away the pain I had.
